Psyche! I didn't want to just send you out without at least investigating the drama behind Roblox, because it does seem serious.

It can be a bit hard to find good games on Roblox, especially if the front page looks a bit like visual herpes with all these colors that do not know how to tone themselves down, but I found some games that I consider good fun to play.
A game where you run from nextbots
I love intense moments where I get chased and don't want to die because of a high score - Bunny hopping to the nearest safe zone I know with my mouse shaking.
The added items like the possessor and wavgun are effective at giving new life to the game when you think you've had enough and the events are a neat occasional gameplay change.
A fast-paced meme and reference filled fighting/PvP game where each time you spawn, you get a random melee, range and utility weapon.
I laughed a lot the first time I played this. It's simply ridiculous and fun!
A round based survival game where you have to survive a random killer. Some killers have unique mechanics that spice things up.
A DayZ style game where you're on a big island and need to scavenge supplies to survive against hunger, zombies and other players.
These aren't typically the kind of games that I played, but somehow I managed to spend a got lot of time on this one. I still have fond memories being on Skype calls with a friend, trying for hours to meet up in-game because we spawned in seperate locations.
A simple game where every round a small island gets hit by a randomly-selected disaster and you have to survive.
One of the classic games that existed even back when I first joined Roblox in 2014
An extensive game where you can create your own Theme Park. Allows for a lot of creativity!
A prop hunt clone where hiders hide as props/objects and hunters have to deduce which objects are hiders and which are just naturally there.
A game where two teams get ~50 minutes to capture and hold points á la "King of the Hill". Slow and strategic gameplay.
A round-based game where a lot of bombs drop from the sky and you have to dodge them in increasingly demolished terrain.
A horror game I played with a friend for a couple of hours. Since we're both wuzzes, it was pretty tense and fun figuring things out slowly and getting scared by literally anything.
Games I'm interested in
The follow-up to Midnight Horrors that's actually supposed to be balanced and scary. I'm very excited for this one even though it's still somewhat early in development - I'll definitely be partaking in the testing phase some time late 2023/early 2024!
A simple game where you descend with an elevator into ever-larger floors. You have to press all buttons on the floor to continue while avoiding monsters, and inbetween each floor you can pick an upgrade that can assist you. Seems very slow paced and repetitive due to limited gameplay variety and the later floors being really big.
Also, shouldn't it be called Descendance since the word is written "Descend"?
The sequel to Minus Decendance, where you too descend an elevator, pressing all buttons on a floor while avoiding monsters. This one feels way more fast-paced, polished and complex.
It feels like since this game has been out for some time all the people that are left playing this game are god sweats that know way more than I do, rushing into floors and clearing them very quickly, which makes it kind of feel like it's only really viable to play this game is privately with
